Types of Police Clearance Certificates in Vietnam
There are two types of police clearance certificates in Vietnam:
- Police Clearance Certificate Type 1 - Confirms whether an individual has a criminal record or not. This is the most commonly used certificate for work permits and employment.
- Police Clearance Certificate Type 2 - Provides full details of any criminal record and is usually required for legal or judicial procedures.
