GEMS Education partners with public schools across Ho Chi Minh City to deliver high-quality English-medium instruction in Mathematics and Experimental Science. We are currently seeking qualified Foreign Teachers to join our academic team for the 2026–2027 school year.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy teaching subject content through English and inspiring students with practical, engaging lessons.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics and/or Experimental Science in English to students at assigned public schools.

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.

• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and active student participation.

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials as required.

• Work collaboratively with Vietnamese teachers, school administrators, and GEMS Education coordinators.

• Complete attendance records, lesson reports, and other required documentation.

• Attend orientation sessions, meetings, and professional development activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field.

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, Teaching License, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent, where applicable).

• Previous experience teaching Mathematics and/or Science is preferred.

• Eligible to obtain a Vietnam Work Permit under current regulations.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A personal laptop is required for lesson preparation, online meetings, teacher training, and administrative tasks.

• Professional, reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high teaching standards.
