JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dedicated and passionate teachers to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam!

As a teacher in a public school setting, you will have the unique opportunity to work with local students, helping them develop their English language skills while contributing to their academic and personal growth.

Teaching & Lesson Planning

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and high-quality English lessons.
• Prepare and deliver lessons according to the established syllabus, using flexible and creative teaching approaches to meet students' learning needs.
• Teach elementary, secondary, or high school students (or a combination of these levels).
• Be prepared to teach mixed-ability classes with 40 or more students.

Classroom Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student records and monitor learning progress.
• Provide meaningful feedback on assessments to support student improvement.
• Effectively utilize the provided teaching materials and resources.
• Participate in classroom observations and engage in constructive feedback for continuous professional development.

Extracurricular Activities

• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities that support students' overall development.
• Join social events and networking activities with fellow foreign teachers to share experiences and build professional connections.

Professional Development

• Attend training sessions and workshops throughout the year.
• Regularly review and adapt teaching methods to better meet students' learning needs.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional appearance and dress appropriately.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged and valued.
