Company history and information The company is located in 32 Le Van Nhung, My Binh ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province. Minh Viet Education Centre Company Limited is a language institution which is specialized in teaching English to children. Its legal business structure is limited liability company which was established on 27th June 2019 as an individual business household. The company was severely impacted by Covid 19 pandemic from 2020 to 2022, but it firmly existed and changed its legal status to a limited company in May 2022. Minh Viet language centre (in Vietnamese letters) is an official brand name. The logo consists of two primary colors: orange and blue, with a small heart inside and two larger hearts around it, symbolizing love and compassion. "Minh Viet- Raising Vietnamese knowledge" is the company's slogan. Company development Even though Minh Viet Center is a young and small business, the Covid 19 pandemic could not stop it from surviving. In almost two years, the business had to take numerous breaks. More than 50 percent of customers was lost as a result of many students dropping out of the classes. There are now roughly 200 students enrolled in 12 classrooms at all grade levels in comparison with 40 students at the early months of establishing. Brand recognition for the business has been rapidly growing in Long Xuyen city and even the surrounding areas. The number of students in these regions is developing. Vision and mission Since the organization's inception, the board of directors has been responsible for developing its vision and mission. The owner is fervently committed to the mission of her enterprise and firmly believes in its mission. These are Minh Viet's vision and mission:

Company organization structure Due to the small business, Minh Viet company structure is the simple one to centralize decision-making with the owner. Here is Minh Viet company structure chart: Minh Viet is an one member limited liability company.  As a result, the board of directors consists of one owner-director and vice-directors who are in charge of running the company and report to the owner. The primary responsibilities of functional divisions, such as the administrative team, Marketing team, accountant, and quality control land curriculum development team are to support vice-directors in operating the company and consult with them to make the best decisions. The teachers are mostly part-time job team who conduct the main service of the company which is teaching and instructing the students. The main function of the company's teachers, who work primarily on a part-time basis, is to instruct and teach the students. Range of services The learners range in age from four years old to adulthood. The company offers practice courses both online and offline for the Vietnamese Standardized Test of English Proficiency (VSTEP), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC), Business English, and courses tailored to the needs of the students in addition to English communication skills. One of Minh Viet's objectives is to provide an engaging and joyful learning environment. Events and cultural activities are regularly organized by the company, including the Mid Autumn Festival, Halloween, Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Teachers' Day, Easter Day, Tet holiday, etc. Additionally, the company offers kids' soft skill training courses in areas like cooking, the arts, and outgoing activities like visiting farms, studying English at the supermarket, watching movies, etc. which has drawn the interest of many students and parents. The business is working on projects for advisory services for studying abroad. Germany, Australia, the United States, and Canada are among the foreign nations. Moreover, Minh Viet is steadily enhancing its website (minhviet.net.vn) and Minh Viet app store, which promises a higher development and global integration.
