COMPANY PROFILE

1. Biography

Etablished in 1994 with five people including two partner Singaporean. Although we were still an infancy as a company, we’re enriched in the wisdom to provide the best possilbe service and a wide range of good quality surgical instruments & medical specialities to our supportive clientele. Henceforth we’ll continue to improve our service further & complement our existing range of medical products to serve the needs of professionals, medical institutions, etc.

In Viet Nam, The Govt. Hospital awarded to Bob Medic & Trading for S’pore dollars 1,5 million worth of surgical instrument in a tender in 1995. That was achievement for us to considering the odds we face against other well-established local competitors just after a year offcial establishment. We were also awarded serveral major & minor tender for surgical equipments, sterilization equipments, Disposible in Viet Nam from 1996 - 1998 through our distributors. Thus, we’ve managed to make a name for ourselves in Viet Nam, in 1998, after being persuaded by many hospitals and private medical centres, we finally dicided to officially announce our presence by opening a company in Ho Chi Minh city and now we also have one more branch office in Ha noi and one subsidiary company. We have two show room, one in Ho chi minh city, one in Hanoi - Vietnam

Objective and Vision

Venture in to Viet Nam in 1996 to establish our trade name & introduce our range of medical equipments, surgical instrument & medical specialities. As a result we’ve formed a trading arm in the export division.

Build up a well team, working professional, effective, reliable. Create a firm foundation for the company go ahead.

With us, we understand the parner is very important, we always try to provide the best service and always welcome for best co-operation with good quality manufactures from every where.

It’s our believe to support and build a strong healthcare industry in Viet Nam to meet future challenge ahead of us.

2. Our field of action

a) It is specialized in trading, exchanging all kinds of medical and aesthetics equipment, instruments, disposible, laboratory chemicals, and means of transports for hospitals and health care centers.

b) The company’s shop, consign and retail usual medical equipment, instruments ,aesthetic equipments, for clients and private clinics.

c) Provide after sales sevices such as, transporting the machines to the customers locations, installing instructing for us, repair and maintaining medical equipments.

d) Frequently organizing customer conferences to gather their comments and introduce the new products traded by company. Usually, Go to provice do operate together with key doctors.

3. Our products trade.

The main turn over of company from :

a) Orthopeadic implant : Stryker USA (we are agent for whole vietnam since 2003)

b) Design and supply equipments for CSSD: Autoclave, Washer and Disinfector, Utrasonic, medical pouches…etc…

We are sale agent for BHT-INNOVA (Germany), Tuttnauer (Israel & USA), SOGEVA (Italy)

Co-operation with HANSIN ( Korea)

c) ENT equipments : Audiometer, Middle Ear Analyer, ENT treatment table ENT endoscopy..etc..

We are sale agent for INTERCOUSTIC (Danmark)

Co-operation with SIBELMED (Spain), MEDLINE (Korea), ILO ENT endoscopy (Germany)

d) Surgical equipments and instruments: Electrosurgery, Eye and General intruments, Vascular instrument…

e) We are sales agent for PMS eye instruments ( Germany) and general AS-MEDIZINTECHNIK, NOPA, LOWTON (Germany)(we are agent for whole vietnam since 2001)

f) Disposible: we are sole agent for Hospitech Malaysia ( since 2001), Distributor for: Ningbo - China, Greatcare - China, Restomed Medical….

g) Wipack – Finland sterile rolls since 2000, Cook ( since 2004)

Distributor for Goretex ( vascular graft), Bard ( urology and vascular product), Thomson – Thailan, Medinorm – Germany, Hartmann –Germany…..

h) Other medical equipments.

We have sold and have experience in endoscopy, operating table, operating light.

We co-operation with ILO ( Germany), Explorent Germany, Trumpf

i) Aesthetic products ( Laser equipments, Silicon bag, scar_gels ......from USA, Germany )

We are distributor for MENTOR (USA), CUI ( England), DELKA laser (ITALY)

4. Our achievement .

a) Up to year 2005, we have been entered in all hospitals in two biggest city of Viet Nam, Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city. The relations also open to many provices.

b) Stable finacial, high rate of growth average 50% each year.

Turn over: 2011 ( 5.600.000 USD) , 2012 ( 9.500.000 USD), 2013 (12.000.000,00 USD)

c) Not only sell to hospitals, our company also have been reached the standard to sell for MOH.

d) Our employees growth up and have experience to do sell and service to customers

BMS Medical packing factory:

Beside the trading medical company, In year 2013 we had building an Medical packing factory. Our product : Sterile roll, tyvek, Sterilization wrap, Surgical mask, surgical gown, surgical cap, draft…. All nonwoven medical product.

We control 75% medical packing market in Vietnam, Customers appreciate the quality of our products, trust and long-term contract with us.

5. System ditributions

We have close deal with MOH and almost biggest hospitals in Viet Nam and almost hospitals, clinic centers in Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi capital.
