Shelton Development Group is a Vietnam-based social enterprise which focuses on raising English language and other skills proficiency in Southeast Asia. Our primary mission is to reach those from across the socio-economic spectrum, affording over 40,000 students the opportunity to learn English from internationally trained teachers. Partner of the British Council, as well as an official Cambridge & IELTS Exam Preparation center, we implement modern methodologies and international standards delivered by teaching and training professionals from around the globe.

We supply English, Mathematics & Science teachers for the State School system in Vietnam and operate several of our own commercial ESL & overseas study centers in an expanding number of provinces in Northern Vietnam. (Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ha Long/Quang Ninh, Viet Tri/Phu Tho) Our newly opened Corporate & Government division has a number of openings for on-site Business, Cambridge & IELTS teachers.
