About HCMC University of Technology
The OISP English Program (OEP) was established to equip students of English, advanced, and articulation programs with English competence so that they can:
- Acquire adequate English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.0) to enter the main program.

Obtain the official IELTS score at the minimum of 6.0 in the IELTS Actual Test (IDP/ British Council).
